Education

Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley has partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association to bring educational programs to St. Lawrence County.  This month’s program is Legal & Financial Planning.

Intended for individuals and family members affected by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.  This program will give an overview of pertinent legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies, as well as an overview of financial issues and options like Medicare, Medicaid or veterans benefits.  The event is free of charge and open to the public.

Registration is required.  Please contact the Alzheimer’s Association of CNY at 315-621-4025 ext.100 to register.
