Join us for our Fall Volunteer Training!
Are you looking for a meaningful way to get involved in your community? – Volunteering for Hospice allows you to make a difference by bringing joy and dignity to individuals facing end of life and providing their loved ones with compassionate support during a critical time.
Our volunteers support hospice and palliative care patients in a variety of ways, such as companionship, caregiver relief, Veteran Pinning Ceremonies, Music Therapy and more!
Fall 2019 Training dates are:
Sept 14th 9:00am—3:00pm
Sept 16th 5:30pm—8:30pm
Sept 17th 5:30pm—8:30pm
(All sessions will be held at The Hospice Center located at 6805 US Highway 11, Potsdam)
Interested individuals will need to complete a Preregistration Form. A pre-screening interview may be completed over the phone.

Hospice Volunteer trainings are held on a Saturday from 9:00AM-4:00PM, and two evenings the following week from 6:00-8:00PM. All training sessions take place at the Hospice Center.
