Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley is seeking an Outreach Coordinator who will create, develop, and coordinate a comprehensive outreach plan to support the mission and vision of Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley by expanding awareness, engaging the public, and attracting new audiences. This position will coordinate and implement community outreach and education activities in conjunction with the Hospice Outreach Committee; design and implement successful outreach campaigns; analyze, track, and report outreach engagement data; coordinate the “We Honor Veterans Program; assist in the planning coordination, and execution of special events; identify partners and outreach opportunities; serve as the Board Outreach Committee liaison; and work closely with the Volunteer Manager to develop and implement Volunteer Outreach initiatives.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or demonstrated skills and experience; strong public speaking experience; data driven with strong analytical and project management skills; exceptional attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient with technology including MS Office Suite, Adobe, and database software; and design skills with the ability to draft flyers and other outreach materials for community distribution.
